PROFFITT CHARLES NELSON, 美国肯塔基州教育局长，美国西肯塔基大学孔子学院主管，具有29年的美国教育系统管理和教学经历。曾经与超过34000名学生和教师就提升教学效果和学生学习水平共同工作。在长期教学实践中在教育传播方面取得积极成效。
